ERCA TCS is equipped with a cutting-edge research and development center where chemical specialties and chemical intermediates are conceived and engineered to become circular based ingredients for the contemporary sustainable wardrobe.
R&D is where innovation is circularly shaped and achieved.

 R&D operates based on projects and it perform the job in three phases:

  • It understands the performance targets and it defines the guidelines regarding raw materials, intermediates and processes;
  • It defines how to produce in a circular and competitive way;
  • It analyzes application performance, calculates the environmental impacts and monitors the project until it is ready to enter the market.

As ERCA TCS we also work closely with qualified external laboratories and academic institutions so as to have the highest levels of know-how and expertise.
