– Patagonia and YKK to switch to vegetable oil waste dye

The Revecol product line, used to level the surface to be painted and evenly distribute the dye, is made from chemicals that are by-products of the processing of vegetable oil that has already been used for its intended purpose, for example, for cooking. The carbon footprint of such products, according to Erca, is 72% lower than that of traditional chemical dyes.
